This website is operated by Medvert. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Medvert. The use of our website is subject to the following terms and conditions of use, as amended from time to time at our discretion.

By visiting medvert.com or using the services made available by Medvert, you agree with all of the following terms and conditions of use:

Refund Policy

Advertisement payments are non-refundable with the following exceptions:

Paid advertisements which are cancelled by the submitter before the nominal expiry date of the advertisement (i.e. before the end of a one, three, six, or twelve month paid subscription period) are not eligible for any pro-rated refund based on what would have been the remainder of the original subscription period.

In the event of advertisements not being accessible for public viewing or customer-authenticated administrative tasks (e.g. logging in to renew or modify a paid ad) because the main medvert.com server is offline (e.g. maintenance, updates, or repairs etc.), the expiry dates of paid and unpaid advertisements will be advanced by the number of days the main server is offline.

Advertisements removed by Medvert because they are deemed by Medvert to have violated the Terms and Conditions of use (e.g. defamatory, obscene, or other inappropriate content) are not eligible for any refund.

Use of certain features of medvert.com may require you to establish a member login name and password. In such case, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under the use of your login name or password.
